Develops procedures to enhance the effectiveness of inventory control programs. Coordinates with relevant departments to schedule, audit, and reconcile periodic physical inventories. Oversees incoming shipments of merchandise to ensure that inventory is accurate, updated and provided according to schedules.nn## This role in summarynnTo plan and execute strategy for import of raw materialnn## Your responsibilities will includennImports ManagementnnHandle imported raw materials and local plastic parts used in cabinets and liner in refrigeratorsnnCheck and resolve issues related to raw material handling or scheduling at supplier endnnManage the import of processes like shipment booking, customs clearance. LC process.



nnExecute the monthly plan for Buyer management (Managing logistics for internal parts used for making refrigerator)nnRecommend to higher management for inputs on transportation and logistics and hold independent decisions for local suppliersnnMaterial availabilitynnEnsure timely delivery of raw materialnnForecast and ensure adequate availability of raw materialnnMonitor, schedule and plan issues related to manpower, machine or materialnnForecast and schedule future orders as per the forecast plan released by Planning departmentnnWCM ( Word Class Manufacturing)nnMaintain and manage critical sparesnnMaintain an online checklist for WCM adherencennInventory ManagementnnPlan the budget for inventory control and do adjustment with changing plannnEnvironment, Health, Safety and Quality IssuesnnInform the concerned authority and the reporting manager about any issues and concerns detected. nnAccountable for any complaints registered with self regarding the same, if any. nnNetworkingnnExternal:nn1\.
