Server
Administrator – Level 1 (Hyderabad)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

MAJOR RESPOSIBILITIES

- Provide first -line support for server
operations, health monitoring, and routine maintenance.

- Monitor server performance
(Windows/Linux OS), including CPU, memory, disk usage, and system
availability.

- Create, modify, and delete user
accounts and manage access permissions.

- Apply routine OS patches, security
updates, and antivirus updates.

- Troubleshoot basic operating system
and server -related issues.

- Assist with hardware replacements and
upgrades, including HDDs, RAM, and other server components.

- Escalate, track, and document
incidents through the ticketing system


SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

· Basic
knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

· Understanding




of server monitoring, performance management, and troubleshooting.

· Experience
with user account administration and access control.

· Familiarity
with patch management and antivirus administration.

· Basic
knowledge of server hardware components and maintenance procedures.

· Familiarity
with ticketing systems and incident management processes.

· Positive
communication, problem -solving, and teamwork skills.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or equivalent.


CERTIFICATIONS (PREFERRED)

- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server
Administrator Associate

- Red Hat Certified System
Administrator (RHCSA)

- CompTIA Server+

- CompTIA Security+
