What You’ll Do:

1. Strategize:

o Define, communicate and deliver the roadmap, prioritizing impactful opportunities.

o Align stakeholders around a shared vision for product evolution.

o Conceptualize, implement and optimize monetization/engagement opportunities

2. Collaborate:

o Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, sales, customer service, operations and marketing to bring ideas to life.

o Ensure seamless communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.

3. Measure & Optimize:

o Monitor key metrics, assess feature performance, and iterate rapidly to improve results.

o Conduct A/B, multivariate tests and user studies to validate hypotheses and refine features.

o Conduct and execute Go to market strategies for product launch

4. Leverage Research & Data:

o Develop a nuanced understanding of market dynamics through deep dives into user research,



behavioral insights, and platform analytics.

o Plan and conduct research to understand key users pain points and Jobs to be done (JTBD).

5. Build & Scale:

o Be equally adept at designing and implementing new features from scratch and scaling existing features to meet evolving user needs and expectations

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven track record as a Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in B2C consumer internet companies

- Strong analytical skills and experience in leveraging data for decision-making.

- Creative problem-solver with a passion for user-centric design and innovation.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
