Senior Manager / Associate Director – Human Resources (HR)

Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented HR leader to partner with senior leadership in driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent development initiatives. This role requires an individual who can act as a trusted business partner, leverage data to influence decisions, and build scalable HR practices that support business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering

Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities, business challenges, and growth objectives.

Act as a strategic advisor by providing practical solutions to people and organizational challenges.

Drive HR initiatives that enhance productivity, employee engagement, and overall business performance.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Talent Management & Leadership Development

Identify critical talent gaps and develop strategies to strengthen talent pipelines.

Design and implement talent management frameworks, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee programs.

Build structured learning, capability development, and career progression initiatives.

Collaborate with leadership teams on workforce planning and future talent readiness.
Data-Driven HR & Workforce Analytics

Utilize HR analytics and business data to support strategic decision-making.

Monitor and improve key HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, hiring effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance trends.

Develop HR dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide actionable insights.

Recommend and implement data-driven improvements to people processes.
Organizational Development

Lead organization development initiatives focused on culture, organizational design, change management, and operational effectiveness.

Support leaders in fostering high-performance and accountability-driven work environments.

Drive employee engagement programs, internal communication initiatives, and organizational effectiveness projects.

Develop scalable HR policies, frameworks, and best practices.
Leadership & Culture

Partner closely with leadership teams to strengthen organizational culture and values.

Coach and guide managers on people management, employee relations, and leadership effectiveness.

Promote collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications

8–15 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Strategic HR.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy with business objectives.

Experience solving complex organizational and workforce challenges.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and business data.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Experience driving leadership development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.

Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environments.

High ownership, execution focus, and problem-solving mindset.

Experience working with multiple business units, startups, technology companies, or high-growth organizations.

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
