We are looking for a proactive and people -oriented Senior HR Executive to support workforce management, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and HR operations in a fast -paced textile manufacturing environment.



If you have robust expertise in HR operations, recruitment, statutory compliance, employee relations, and factory HR management, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your HR career.



Key Responsibilities:




✔ Manage end -to -end recruitment and onboarding activities


✔ Handle employee relations and grievance management


✔ Support payroll coordination and attendance management


✔ Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence


✔ Maintain HR records, MIS, and documentation


✔ Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives


✔ Coordinate training and development programs


✔ Support performance management and HR policies implementation


✔ Work closely with factory operations and department heads
