Job Summary:

1. Review the production plan (commercial Launch & Filling – API Planning)

2. Review the Raw material plan (commercial Launch & Filling – API Planning)

3. Review the Intermediates availability from the interplants (commercial Launch & Filling – API Planning)

4. Ensuring the DRP, APO and MRP process

5. Finalizing the budget activity

6. Product availability for DF and Marketing

7. Chronic Supply Issues Resolution

8. Long Range Capacity Planning

9. Site Transfer- API & Intermediate

10. Monitoring the Key Supply chain metrics and corrective action (DCS, Inventory, OTIF, forecast fidelity, Forecast accuracy)

11. SCM Lead for Cost Reduction, Site Transfer, AVD, Product Internalization Plans

12. Inventory optimization (Norm’s finalization and the liquidation of non-moving inventory)

13. Daily report and S&OP; governance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Capacity Planning & Capacity Effective Utilization and Mapping of the budget

2. Production planning and scheduling

3. Material planning and scheduling

4. Campaign Planning

Master data management

6. Business Continuity – De risking Plan (OS to IH, IH to OS), AVD Plan Implementation

7. Site Transfer- API & Intermediate

8. APO cycle Run: DRP >> NPR>>RCCP >> MRP >> PR review & release.

9. Stock allocation File updating and tracking the D vs C, C vs S.

10. Demand Fidelity (Captive, Filling, Launch & Marketing)

11. NPL, Filling & Query Batches Supply management

12. SCM Process maturity - Norms Setting, Cost to Serve, Planning Master Data Controller

13. Chronic Supply Issues Resolution (Captive & Market)

14. Inventory optimization

15. Data management and support for the S&OP; process.

16. Daily / Weekly MIS report review & take necessary action.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

B.E. or B. Tech - Chemical / MBA in Supply Chain Management

Experience

4-8 years
