1. Implement
and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) for all civil works in
the STATCOM substation project.

2. Ensure civil
construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications,
client requirements, applicable standards, and contract documents.

3. Prepare,
review, and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and
Quality Assurance Procedures.

4. Conduct
inspections of civil works, including excavation, reinforcement, formwork,
concreting, masonry, structural steel, roads, drainage, cable trenches, and
finishing works.

5. Coordinate
with the client, consultant, and third-party inspection agencies for
inspections and approvals.

6. Verify the
quality of incoming construction materials and ensure compliance with approved
Material Approval Requests (MARs).

7. Monitor
field and laboratory testing of construction materials such as concrete,
cement, aggregates, steel reinforcement, soil, and backfilling materials.

8. Identify
non-conformities (NCRs), monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and
verify effective closure.

9. Maintain
quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and project quality




documentation.

10. Support
internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with project quality
objectives.

11. Coordinate
with construction, planning, engineering, and HSE teams to ensure quality
requirements are integrated into project execution.

12. Ensure timely preparation and submission of quality dossiers, as-built
quality records, and project handover documentation.

Requirements

- ​ Experience: 5 to
10 Years

- Qualification: BE/B.Tech
(Civil), Diploma in Civil Engg. with minimum 5 Year Experience.
