Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP CCO (Customer Checkout) Business Analyst with strong experience in SAP Testing and QA processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP CCO integration testing, POS solution validation, functional testing, and coordination with business and technical teams.

The candidate should possess good understanding of SAP Retail / SAP CAR / SAP ERP integration, business processes, and testing methodologies to ensure high-quality SAP CCO implementations and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and prepare functional test scenarios and test cases for SAP CCO applications.
- Perform:
- Functional Testing
- Integration Testing
- Regression Testing
- UAT Support
- End-to-End POS Testing

- Validate SAP CCO integration with:

- SAP ERP
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP CAR
- Payment gateways
- Peripheral devices

- Review business requirements and translate them into testing requirements.
- Identify defects, log bugs, track resolutions, and support defect triage meetings.
- Coordinate with developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and test execution activities.
- Prepare test reports, traceability matrices, and QA documentation.




- Support deployment validation and post-production testing.
- Ensure compliance with QA standards and testing best practices.

Required Skills

Functional Skills

- Robust understanding of:
- SAP Customer Checkout (CCO)
- Retail/POS business processes
- Sales, returns, promotions, billing, and payments

- Knowledge of SAP integration processes with ERP/S4 systems.
- Experience in preparing BRD/FRD, test cases, and defect reports.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- SAP CCO certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in retail domain preferred.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
