This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP Regression Test Manager based in India.

This role is central to ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of large-scale SAP S/4HANA ERP implementations across complex enterprise environments. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the regression testing strategy across multiple release cycles, ensuring that all system changes are validated before deployment. The position requires close collaboration with solution architects, project managers, and technical teams to assess impacts and align testing scope with business requirements. You will also play a key role in driving test automation initiatives and improving overall testing efficiency through modern tools and methodologies. With strong ownership over test planning, execution, and reporting, you will ensure transparency across all stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle. This is a highly structured and impact-driven role where your expertise directly contributes to system reliability and successful SAP delivery programs.

Accountabilities:

- Define, maintain, and continuously improve the SAP regression testing strategy across implementation and release cycles

- Plan, schedule, and manage all regression testing activities throughout the ERP delivery lifecycle

- Coordinate impact analysis for each release in collaboration with solution architects and project managers

- Develop and oversee test plans, test scenarios, and execution timelines for regression testing phases

- Drive test execution reporting across all stages,



ensuring transparent visibility for stakeholders

- Evaluate, implement, and manage appropriate testing tools, including automation frameworks where applicable

- Contribute to the design and implementation of automated regression testing processes and best practices

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and quality standards across all testing activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

- 7+ years of experience in SAP test management, with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments

- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or large-scale ERP projects

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end ERP testing lifecycle and regression testing methodologies

- Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or hybrid delivery environments

- Familiarity with test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca or Worksoft Certify is highly desirable

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across business and technical teams
