Requirements

- 5–8 years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.

- 2–3 years of practical implementation experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Salesforce CDP/Genie).

- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant/Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise customer data solutions. Configure and manage Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, Data Source Object (DSO) mapping, Data Model Object (DMO) configuration, and identity resolution.

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support business requirements and ensure seamless integration with Data Cloud.

- Develop Calculated Insights using SQL and create audience segments for activation across downstream systems.

- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce platforms and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.

- Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, data modeling, and platform development best practices.

- Participate in solution design reviews, code reviews,



and technical governance activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Strong expertise in Apex development, Triggers, Batch Processing, Integrations, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and development.

- Robust understanding of relational databases, data modeling, SQL, and ETL/ELT processes.

- Experience building Calculated Insights and querying Data Cloud data models using SQL.

- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.

- Understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, identity resolution, and Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.

- Ability to design scalable technical architectures based on complex business requirements.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud integration use cases.

- Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow for CRM automation and downstream processes.

- Experience with CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) and enterprise reporting solutions.

- Exposure to integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise BI and analytics platforms.

- Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based project environments.
