Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Team Lead to evaluate and define the creative and technical approach for assigned shots.

- Review work-in-progress tasks on a daily basis to ensure quality standards are maintained and project deliveries remain on schedule.

- Manage responsibilities with a balance of 70% Production and 30% Artist Mentoring.

- Identify challenges in production and determine the most effective solutions to achieve desired output.

- Ensure all assigned work is delivered within the planned schedule and allocated bid hours.

- Share technical knowledge, workflows, and best practices with team members.

- Mentor and support artists to enhance their technical and creative skill sets.

- Maintain robust coordination with the team to achieve project goals efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Only Senior Artists (1.4 SOP) will be considered.

- Employees must have completed a minimum of 3 years of service with the company as of 30th May 2026.

- Candidates should not have received any disciplinary warnings during the last one year.
