Job Title: Production Planning & Control (PPC) Engineer
Industry: Prefer from Automobile Industry
Department: Production
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor production plans as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Logistics for material availability.
- Ensure timely execution of production schedules and delivery targets.
- Monitor inventory, production performance, and OEE.
- Analyze plan vs. actual production and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize manpower and production resources.
- Maintain QMS/EMS documentation and ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Drive continuous improvement, 5S, and shop -floor discipline.
