Process Associate will assist the Escrow Officer in opening and closing residential and commercial files. Key responsibilities include reviewing sales contracts and loan documents for compliance, obtaining payoffs from lenders, homeowner associations, and utility companies, collecting and preparing closing documentation, assisting in post -closing activities including preparing loan packages and sending to lenders, maintaining closing ledgers, disbursing files per instructions, initiating and approving wire transfers, and preparing documents for recording.



Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Regular Night Shift)



Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore




Interview Drive: 11th June (Virtual Round 1 + F2F Round 2 at client office)




Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills


• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel,



PowerPoint)


• Basic understanding of Mortgage and Title Insurance concepts (preferred)


• Familiarity with tools like QUICK, Salesforce, Zendesk, Data Tree, Data Trace (preferred)


• Education: Diploma / Graduate in Commerce, Arts, or Business Administration (2025 pass -outs welcome)


• Experience: 0–2 years; Freshers may apply


• Willingness to work regular night shifts
