- Assess the physical condition, mobility, and functional abilities of residents.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on residents' rehabilitation needs.
- Provide physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
- Assist residents in pain management and recovery from injuries, disabilities, or neurological conditions.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises, stretching, gait training, and mobility training.
- Recommend and educate residents on the proper use of mobility aids and assistive devices.
- Monitor residents' progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Maintain accurate physiotherapy records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, caregivers, occupational therapists,
and social workers to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation.
- Educate residents and caregivers on exercise programs, posture correction, fall prevention, and home-based rehabilitation techniques.
- Ensure all physiotherapy equipment is used safely and maintained in positive condition.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to rehabilitation planning.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, rehabilitation standards, and professional ethics.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies related to resident mobility and physical health.
