- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations of muscle tone, balance, coordination, sensation, and functional mobility.
- Treatment Planning: Design and execute individualized physical therapy programs focusing on gait re -education, strengthening, and spasticity management.
- Education & Support: Provide training and daily living strategies to patients and their caregivers to facilitate protected home exercises and mobility.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside neurologists, occupational therapists, and speech -language pathologists to deliver holistic, integrated care.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor rehabilitation milestones,
adjusting treatment parameters as the patient's condition evolves
Requirements
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) with a valid state registration or license.
- Post -graduate specialization: Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) in Neurology / Neuro physiotherapy.
- Proven clinical experience in assessing and managing adult neurological conditions in hospitals, clinics, or specialized rehab centers.
- Strong clinical reasoning, patience, and empathetic communication skills
