### *Responsibilities*


- Perform complex surgical procedures including spinal decompression, fusion, and stabilization; total knee and hip replacements.


- Conduct thorough pre -operative evaluations, including diagnostic imaging interpretation and risk assessment.


- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.


- Lead and mentor junior surgical staff, residents, and medical students during procedures and clinical rounds.


- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, surgical notes, and follow -up plans.


- Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives and adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.


- Stay current with advancements in orthopedic surgery through continuous education, research, and professional development.


- Engage in patient education and counseling regarding surgical options, recovery expectations, and long -term outcomes.


- Collaborate with physiotherapists, pain management specialists, and rehabilitation experts for optimal post -operative recovery.






- Contribute to clinical research and innovation in orthopedic techniques and implant technologies where applicable.

### *Requirements*


- MBBS with MD/MS in Orthopedic Surgery or equivalent postgraduate qualification.


- Fellowship or advanced training in Spine Surgery, TKR, and THR is highly preferred.


- Minimum of 1+ year of post -graduation clinical experience in orthopedic surgery, preferably in a hospital or tertiary care setting.


- Proven track record in performing and managing complex orthopedic surgeries with strong surgical precision and patient outcomes.


- In -depth knowledge of surgical techniques, instrumentation, and implant systems used in spine, knee, and hip arthroplasty.


- Strong understanding of perioperative care, pain management, and post -surgical rehabilitation protocols.


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team -oriented workplace.


- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and active license to practice.


- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital surgical planning tools.


- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development.
