- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Ophthalmology (D.O., DNB, or equivalent).

- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.

- Demonstrated proficiency in cataract surgery, including phacoemulsification and IOL implantation.

- Hands -on experience in glaucoma management, including medical and laser treatment protocols.

- Competency in diagnosing and managing diabetic retinopathy, including laser photocoagulation and intravitreal injections (if applicable).

- Robust skills in slit lamp examination,



fundus examination, and interpretation of retinal imaging.

- Familiarity with refractive surgery evaluation and counseling.

- Experience in assessing and managing strabismus and oculoplasty cases (preferred).

- Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced clinical environment with minimal supervision.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
