Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Organising and monitoring storage and distribution of goods at multiple warehouses
2. Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
3. Directing,
optimising, and coordinating full order cycle
4. Liaising and negotiating with customers, transporters and other parties
5. Working responsibly for the overall supply chain management
6. Act as a liaison between the client and onsite warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
7. Provide timely support and solutions to client queries and requests
8. Coordinate daily activities and updates with internal teams and stakeholders
9. Assist in the documentation and reporting related to warehousing functions
10. Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism in all interactions
Requirements
1. Soft skills and excellent communication
2. Knowledge of Logistics and the Warehousing industry
3. MS Excel & MS Word Professional Level
4. Laptop Mandatory
5. Language skills: Hindi (Mandatory) & English (Other Languages would be an added advantage)
Qualification: MBA or Related Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
