Job Title: Mechanical Technician
Location: Qatar
Industry: Manufacturing / Utilities / Industrial Operations
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair pumps, compressors, conveyors, valves, pipelines, and rotating equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and minimize equipment downtime.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Follow safety standards, maintenance procedures, and company guidelines.
Salary: 90000 INR Per Month
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, utilities plants, product handling systems, or industrial operations.
- Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, conveyors, valves, rotating equipment, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read technical drawings, P&ID; diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
- Valuable understanding of industrial safety practices.
- Experience in manufacturing plants, utility facilities, FMCG, chemical, cement, steel, power, or industrial environments preferred.
