Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage Blast Furnace operations to achieve production targets and ensure operational efficiency.

- Oversee Gas Cleaning Plant (GCP) operations for effective gas handling and environmental compliance.

- Coordinate and supervise Sinter Plant operations to ensure uninterrupted raw material supply to the Blast Furnace.





- Analyze process parameters and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory regulations.

- Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to optimize plant performance.

- Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and cost effectiveness.
