Role Summary


We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize inbound and outbound logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely transportation, inventory accuracy, cost -effective logistics management, and smooth coordination between warehouse, production, and transport teams.

Key Responsibilities


- Plan, manage, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities.

- Coordinate transportation, shipping, and delivery schedules.

- Ensure accurate documentation for dispatch, GRN, billing, and stock movement.

- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.

- Manage transport vendors and negotiate freight rates.

- Monitor vehicle movement, fuel consumption, and timely dispatches.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.

- Resolve logistics issues efficiently and minimize operational disruptions.

- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for management review.

- Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.

Experience Requirements

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

- Relevant certifications are an added advantage.
