Job Description

Summarized Purpose:

We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data platforms to support analytics and business operations.

Education/Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in data engineering and ETL development

Major Job Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable ETL/data pipelines
- Build and optimize data models and data warehouses
- Collaborate with analytics and business teams for data requirements
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance
- Support cloud-based data platform initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Strong expertise in SQL, ETL, and data warehousing




- Experience with Python or Spark for data processing
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure data services
- Knowledge of data integration and orchestration tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Must Have Skills:

- Data engineering and ETL expertise
- Advanced SQL and database technologies
- Python/Spark development
- Cloud data platform experience

Valuable to Have Skills:

- Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift experience
- CI/CD and DevOps exposure
- Experience with real-time streaming technologies

Working Hours:

- India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST
- Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
