KYC Associate – Dispute Management

Designation: Senior Associate


1. Location: Infopark, Kochi

2. Shift: US Shift | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

3. Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off)

4. Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

5. Transport: Pick -up & Drop Facility Provided

6. Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

7. ​Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC Dispute Management (Mandatory)



Job Role: We are hiring KYC Associates for a leading global BPO company based in Infopark, Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and validating customer KYC documents, handling dispute cases, and ensuring compliance with KYC/AML guidelines for international operations.


Key Responsibilities

- Review and verify customer KYC documents

- Handle and resolve KYC -related dispute cases

- Identify discrepancies in customer records and onboarding data

- Maintain accurate case records and documentation





- Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution

- Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines

- Escalate complex cases when required

- Meet productivity and quality targets





Requirements
- Any Graduate

- Candidates with 1–3 years of BPO experience can apply

- Excellent English communication skills mandatory

- Good analytical and problem -solving skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office

- Comfortable working in US shifts




Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in KYC, Banking Operations, Financial Services, or BPO will be an added advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and documentation review skills.
