Job Title: Instrument Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Instrument Technicians with hands -on expertise in troubleshooting, calibration, inspection, testing, installation, and preventive maintenance of instrumentation systems used in large -scale process industries. Candidates with experience in fertilizer, petrochemical, refinery, chemical, oil & gas, or power plants will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, inspect, calibrate, test, and maintain field instrumentation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of transmitters, switches, analyzers, vibration monitoring systems, and control valves.
- Install, remove, configure, and adjust instrumentation equipment as required.
- Support leak detection systems, gas analyzers, and plant monitoring equipment.
- Diagnose instrumentation faults and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records and update activities in CMMS.
- Follow permit -to -work systems, safety procedures, and HSEQ requirements.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained after completion of work
Salary: 90000 INR Per Month
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in fertilizer, petrochemical, refinery, chemical, oil & gas, power, or process plants.
- Hands -on experience with calibration tools, test equipment, and field instrumentation.
- Knowledge of CMMS, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with DCS/SCADA systems and industrial safety standards.
- Valuable communication and report -writing skills in English.
- Strong understanding of PPE, work permit systems, and HSEQ practices.
