We are looking for a proactive and result -oriented Institutional Partnership Executive to build and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, training institutes, and local agencies. The role focuses on creating a strong candidate pipeline through strategic collaborations and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities


- Identify and connect with universities, colleges, and training institutes through calls, meetings, and follow -ups.

- Establish and maintain institutional partnerships and tie -ups.

- Negotiate and close partnership agreements with academic institutions.

- Develop a steady pipeline of qualified candidates through institutional collaborations.

- Coordinate with local agencies for candidate sourcing and CV generation.

- Build long -term relationships with partner institutions and agencies.





- Track partnership performance, candidate conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.

- Meet recruitment and partnership targets within timelines.
