Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and mentor the Inside Sales team to achieve sales targets.

- Manage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow -ups and conversions.

- Develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.

- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.

- Maintain and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot).

- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.

- Handle client interactions, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

- Track and report sales performance metrics and activities.

- Identify process improvements and implement best practices.

- Manage customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
