Job Description

A career within SAP Consulting services,



will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions

*Responsibilities:

- Lead the SAP IS Retail team to deliver high-quality SAP solutions aligned with retail business needs.

- Drive the end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support of SAP IS Retail modules including merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and store operations.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders (Merchandising, Planning, Store Operations, Finance) to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Develop and execute SAP IS Retail roadmaps to support business objectives and scalability.

- Ensure SAP system stability, performance, and data accuracy related to retail operations.

- Manage SAP IS Retail project budgets, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.

- Work with IT Infrastructure, Basis, and Security teams to maintain system integrity and compliance.

- Champion best practices, process optimizations, and automation opportunities within SAP IS Retail landscape.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP functional and technical consultants.

- Stay up-to-date with SAP IS Retail trends, releases, and industry best practices.

*Mandatory skill sets

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP IS Retail module with proven track record in implementation and support.





- At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing SAP IS Retail teams or projects.

- Strong understanding of retail processes including promotion management, pricing, assortment, supply chain, and store operations.

- Experience with SAP Retail modules such as Merchandise Management (MM), Retail Pricing (PRC), Assortment Planning, and Retail Store Systems.

- Solid knowledge of integration points between SAP IS Retail and other SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, WM).

- Experience in SAP upgrades, patches, and support lifecycle management.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.

- SAP certification in IS Retail is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Project management skills (preferably PMP or SAP Activate methodology familiar).

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Retail or migration projects is an advantage.

- Experience working in agile environments.

- Proactive approach to identifying issues and driving continuous improvement.
