*Summary:*
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mother Teacher to join our vibrant preschool in Bengaluru, where early childhood development is at the heart of everything we do. This role is essential in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment that fosters curiosity, emotional growth, and foundational academic skills in young learners aged 2–5 years. The Mother Teacher will play a pivotal role in implementing Montessori principles and age -appropriate educational practices, ensuring holistic development through play -based learning, individualised attention, and strong communication with parents.
*Responsibilities:*
- Design and implement age -appropriate, Montessori -inspired lesson plans that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a warm, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
- Observe and document each child’s progress, strengths, and developmental milestones to support individualised learning.
- Collaborate with parents through regular updates, parent -teacher meetings.
- Support the implementation of the school’s curriculum and daily routines in accordance with Montessori/NTT guidelines.
Requirements
*Requirements:*
- Graduate degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Certification in Montessori Early Childhood (EC) or National Teacher Training (NTT) program.
- 2–5 years of proven experience as a preschool teacher, preferably in a Montessori or child -centered learning environment.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental stages in early childhood (2–5 years).
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and safety protocols in preschool settings.
