Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Operations
Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth functioning, and deliver
excellent guest experiences. This role is ideal for candidates with strong
leadership skills and a background in restaurant and bar operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee
daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage
staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Maintain
high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor
inventory, control costs, and coordinate with vendors
- Handle
guest complaints and resolve escalations efficiently
- Ensure
compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Manage
and supervise bar operations.
Requirements
- Graduate
/ Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- 6–10
years of experience in restaurant operations
- Minimum
2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong
leadership and team management skills
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Experience
in bar operations
- Strong
problem -solving and decision -making skills
- Customer -centric
approach
