Hiring Immediately Diploma Programme Biology Teacher For An IB School Located In Kunkni, Surat 395005
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB Diploma Programme Biology curriculum.
- Create an inquiry -driven classroom environment that promotes conceptual understanding and student -led learning.
- Design and assess formative and summative tasks in accordance with IB assessment criteria.
- Guide students in planning and executing their Internal Assessments (IAs), Extended Essays (EE), and Environmental Systems and Societies (ESS) where applicable.
- Integrate technology, experiments, and cross -disciplinary learning in classroom instruction.
- Maintain accurate student records, grades, and progress reports.
- Provide academic mentorship and pastoral care to students.
- Participate in curriculum review, collaborative planning, and IB training workshops.
- Contribute to school -wide initiatives, events, and career development activities.
- Uphold the school’s values of integrity, respect, and lifelong learning in all interactions.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
- Proficient in integrating digital tools and online learning platforms.
- Passion for inquiry -based education and student -centered pedagogy.
