Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and friendly School Receptionist to manage the front desk activities and provide support to students, parents, teachers, and visitors. The candidate will be responsible for handling communication and maintaining smooth daily operations at the school reception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and provide necessary information.
- Maintain visitor records and student -related documentation.
- Coordinate with teachers, staff, and management.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and inquiries.
- Handle emails, notices, and basic office correspondence.
- Maintain student records and support administrative tasks.
- Ensure a positive and helpful environment at the school front desk.
