Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms or suites.
- Provide a personalized welcome (e.g., welcome drinks, amenities, or unpacking service).
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, preferences, and special requests.
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with packing/unpacking luggage and wardrobe organization.
- Arrange laundry, pressing, and shoe -shine services.
- Deliver room service meals or beverages discreetly and professionally.
- Manage wake -up calls, travel arrangements, and dining or spa reservations.
- Offer turndown services and ensure room readiness to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Operations.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine dining service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discreet, courteous, and well -groomed appearance.
- Robust understanding of etiquette, service protocol, and cultural awareness.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and international service standards.
