We are seeking a Finance & Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, taxation, banking, audit support, and MIS reporting. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with statutory regulations, timely reporting, and efficient handling of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and record accounting entries including bank, sales, purchase, and journal entries

- Handle cheque disbursements, bank transactions, and foreign remittances

- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation periodically

- Process invoices, verify discrepancies, and ensure timely vendor payments

- Track expenses, prepare variance analysis, and monitor budgets

- Manage accounts payable including vendor reconciliation and MSME compliance

- Generate invoices, track collections, and manage accounts receivable

- Monitor AR aging, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve discrepancies

- Prepare and process electronic payments, credit card transactions, and bank deposits





- Coordinate with banks for domestic and international remittances

- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

- Assist in audit processes and resolve auditor queries

- Ensure timely TDS, TCS, PT payments and return filings

- Prepare GST workings, reconcile GSTR 2A, and file GST returns (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B)

- Support monthly book closure including provisions, prepaid expenses, and depreciation

- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries

Technical Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

- Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting

- Proficiency in Tally Prime accounting software

- Solid knowledge of taxation including TDS, GST, and compliance

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Experience in financial analysis and reporting
