Job Title: Field Recruiter -Coordinator
Location: Recent Alipore, Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach businesses for partnerships and schedule client meetings.
- Source and onboard freelancers for various projects.
- Coordinate with clients, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle field operations, including collecting and returning project devices (mobile phones) when required.
- Maintain reports and updates using Excel and other tools.
Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, recruitment, field operations, or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and field activities.
