Prepares reports for management on the results of audits, providing recommendations on improvements.nn## This role in summarynnResponsible for delivering the Internal Audit Departmentu2019s mission, objectives and activities. This would include assisting in and preparing audit plans, participating in assigned process studies, driving data analytics and contributing to periodic stakeholder reporting processes. nn## Your responsibilities will includenn * Assist in completion of Whirlpool Internal Financial Controls, performing and documenting process walkthroughs and control testing.nn * Assist/prepare audit planning memorandum and prepare/tailor audit programs.



Utilize data analytics to assess risk and develop audit procedures.nn * Perform fieldwork in accordance with the approved audit program and timelines. This will generally include identification and testing of internal controls, analytical review, and substantive testing.nn * Prepare concise u0026 effective written reports, identify deficiencies and make practical recommendations for corrective action.nn * Participating in assigned process studies/projects, identifying process improvement suggestions and assist in preparation of standard operating proceduresnn * Interface with the business for follow up for implementation of the recommendation and providing support for the same.nn * Prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks/deadlines while dealing with ambiguitynn * Demonstrating awareness of the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing as promulgated by the Institute of Internal Auditorsnn * Demonstrating the ability to research issues, trends, etc. via external sourcesnn * Contribute to periodic Audit Committee reporting processnn * Contribute to the Data analytics program of the function And most important u2013 be a change agent!nnnnn## Minimum requirementsnnQualified CA is highly preferred with 3+ years of experience into Audit and Compliances, Data Analytics, SOX,
