Designation â Delegate Engagement Specialist
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai (Onsite)
Department: Sales
Your Role & Responsibilities
Your role will be to connect with potential delegates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, promote our premium business events, build strong relationships, and close sales with confidence!
· Engage with Delegates: Make 50â70 outbound calls daily and connect through emails to promote our premium business conferences and events.
· Leverage Networking: Use LinkedIn and industry networks to identify, reach out to, and build connections with decision-makers and professionals relevant to our events.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales plans to acquire both complimentary delegates, ensuring targets are consistently met.
· Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing delegates to encourage loyalty, repeat attendance, and referrals.
· Negotiate & Close Deals: Showcase your persuasion and negotiation skills to handle objections confidently and secure commitments for delegate registrations.
· Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM, track interactions, and report daily sales progress to the team.
