- Identification & Community
Engagement:

- Conduct outreach
activities to identify and engage individuals with spinal cord injuries
in the community.

- Build and maintain
relationships with community members, local organizations, healthcare
providers, and stakeholders.

- Organize and facilitate
community meetings, support groups, and events to raise awareness and
gather input.

- Needs Assessment:

- Conduct assessments to
identify the needs and priorities of individuals with spinal cord
injuries and their families.

- Compile and analyze data
to inform program development and resource allocation.

- Develop individualized
care plans based on assessment findings.

- Program Development and Implementation:

- Design and implement
programs and services that address the rehabilitation and support needs
of individuals with spinal cord injuries.

- Coordinate rehabilitation
activities, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and
vocational training.

- Monitor and evaluate
program effectiveness and participant progress through assessment &
reassessment

- Advocacy and Support:

- Provide information,
referrals,



and advocacy to individuals and families to help them access
necessary resources and services.

- Assist participants in
navigating healthcare and social security schemes, including advantages,
housing, and vocational rehabilitation.

- Empower individuals with
spinal cord injuries to take an active role in their rehabilitation and
community integration.

- Collaboration and Partnership:

- Work with healthcare
providers, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations to enhance
program services and support networks.

- Represent the organization
at community meetings, coalitions, and events related to spinal cord
injury awareness and support.

- Advocate for policies and
practices that benefit individuals with spinal cord injuries.

- Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records
of program activities, participant progress, and outcomes.

- Prepare and submit reports
to funders, stakeholders, and the organization's leadership team.

- Assist with grant writing
and fundraising efforts to support the sustainability and growth of the
program.
