About the Role:


We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with hands -on experience in Generative AI, Retrieval -Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, and OCR technologies. The ideal candidate will build and deploy intelligent AI solutions combining LLMs, document processing, and Agentic workflows to solve real -world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:


- Design and develop end -to -end RAG pipelines using vector databases and LLMs.

- Build document ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and metadata filtering workflows.

- Develop production -grade AI applications using LangChain, agents, tools, and memory.

- Architect stateful multi -agent systems using LangGraph.

- Implement OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using Tesseract, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR, and cloud Document AI services.





- Integrate OCR outputs with NLP/LLM pipelines for automated document understanding.

- Monitor AI systems, improve response quality, and implement guardrails.

- Collaborate with cross -functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.


Required Skills:

- Solid experience with RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).

- Expertise in LangChain (LCEL, agents, tools, structured outputs) and LangGraph.

- Hands -on experience with OCR engines and cloud document AI services.

- Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, async programming, and microservices.

- Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cohere, or Mistral.

- Knowledge of embeddings, similarity search, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.

- Familiarity with OpenCV, Pillow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).


Preferred Skills

- Multi -modal RAG and hybrid search implementations.

- Agentic AI patterns (ReAct, Plan -and -Execute, Reflexion).

- Experience with LangSmith, LayoutLM, Donut, TrOCR, and IDP platforms.

- Multi -lingual OCR and Indic language processing experience.

- Contributions to open -source AI/ML projects.
