We at Cnergy are looking for an energetic and highly skilled Marketing Manager with strong design capabilities to enhance our business and strengthen our position among competitors in this fast-growing space. This role suits someone who can both strategize marketing campaigns and personally execute the creative/visual assets behind them from concept to final design without depending entirely on external designers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Execute day-to-day marketing activities as per the strategy and calendar set by the Marketing Manager
- Design marketing creatives social media posts, banners, flyers, email templates, and basic promotional graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Edit short-form videos and reels for social media and campaigns (using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Assist in content writing/copywriting for social media captions, blogs, emails, and ad copy
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support execution of paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) including preparing ad creatives and basic campaign setup
- Maintain the marketing content calendar and ensure timely delivery of design assets




- Assist with email marketing designing templates and coordinating sends
- Track basic performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, CTR) and compile weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with external vendors/printers/agencies when required for larger design or production needs
- Ensure all designs and content align with brand guidelines and visual identity
- Support the Marketing Manager in market research, competitor tracking, and campaign execution
- Update website content/banners and assist with basic landing page edits
- Stay updated on design trends, templates, and content formats relevant to the brand's industry

Required Skills:

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing/design execution
- Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (basic-to-intermediate)
- Basic video editing skills (reels/shorts)
- Good written communication for content/captions
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Willingness to learn and take design/creative ownership

Qualifications:

- Any degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Design, or a related field
- Certifications in Digital Marketing and/or Graphic Design/Video Editing will be a solid added advantage
