- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving activities.

Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration within ServiceNow environments.
- Positive communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
