- Excellent Catia V5/V6 Skills
- Should have completed at least 3-4 Recent Product Development project
- Hands on experience in design and development of Automotive Sheetmetal/BIW/Trims parts
- Strong Knowledge on product and manufacturing process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of GD&T; & hands on experience on 2D/3D Drawings creation required.
- Ability to work /handle parts & sheetmetal commodity Independently.
- Able to interact, analyse and create parts as per design Rules & requirements.
- Good Team Player/Lead the team and flexible to work in any streams of work as per dynamic requirement that may change from time to time
- Should be able to understand and willing to work under any challenging and tough environments
- Aid team improving the performance and efficiency of existing product design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple task
- Ability to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members
