Role & responsibilities

- Enter customer and account data accurately from source documents within defined timelines.
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for system entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities.
- Scan, upload, and manage documentation in internal systems and cloud platforms.
- Work extensively with Google Forms and other web-based tools for data collection and management.
- Segregate, organize, and maintain data in MIS reports.
- Manage and order inventory-related data as required.
- Maintain office stationery records and important documents.
- Ensure data confidentiality and follow internal data handling standards.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
- experience in data entry, web administration, or back-office operations is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
- Experience working with Google Forms and document management systems.




- Ability to correct data inconsistencies and verify output quality.
- Basic understanding of office inventory and documentation management.
