Senior Backend & Agentic AI Engineer Golang

Location: Chennai /Bangalore / Pune

Openings: Experience: 5-8+ years

Role: Build reliable Golang backend services, agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and vector-search capabilities.

Key responsibilities

- Develop Golang, APIs, background workers, and asynchronous workflows.
- Build LangChain/LangGraph agents with state, checkpoints, retries, tools, approvals, and recovery logic.
- Implement RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and citations.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, migrations, and transactions.
- Manage Qdrant/pgvector search, metadata filtering, hybrid retrieval, and retrieval quality.
- Implement security, guardrails, logging, metrics, tracing, testing, and production support.

Required skills

- Deep Golang.
- LangChain, LangGraph, LLM integrations, RAG, and agentic AI development.
- PostgreSQL, SQL, Qdrant/pgvector, embeddings, vector search, and indexing.
- Async programming, queues/workers, APIs, Docker, CI/CD, cloud, and observability.
- Solid debugging and production engineering skills.
