Job Description: Planning Manager (Site)

Location : Amaravati

Reports To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain project schedules (L1L4) using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Track daily/weekly progress vs. plan; prepare S-curves and variance reports
- Identify critical path activities, delays, and risks; recommend recovery plans
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for schedule adherence
- Conduct progress review meetings and prepare DPR/WPR/MIS reports
- Maintain records of drawings, RFIs, and change orders affecting schedule
- Support EOT/delay analysis documentation, if required

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent
- 6-12 years experience in site-based planning & scheduling
- Proficient in Primavera P6/MS Project and Excel
- Robust understanding of construction sequencing and site execution
- Good coordination, analytical, and reporting skills
