We are looking for service specialist of Chiller systems. The role involves ensuring maximum uptime through preventive maintenance, quick breakdown resolution, and smooth commissioning while maintaining OEM standards and customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

- Service Delivery: Handle customer calls for chiller breakdowns and ensure RCA + resolution within TAT
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled PM activities as per OEM/service SOPs to reduce failures
- Installation & Commissioning: Support installation checks, testing, and commissioning of new chiller installations
- Diagnostics: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC electrical and mechanical faults in chillers, pumps, cooling towers
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with contractors,



customers, and internal sales/project/service teams for smooth execution
- Documentation: Prepare service reports, PM checklists, handover docs and ensure timely closure of service calls in CRM
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow safety norms, lockout-tagout, and OEM guidelines in office

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 4-8 years in Chiller Service, HVAC Maintenance & Commissioning

Technical: Good knowledge of Screw/Centrifugal chillers, Refrigeration cycle, PLC panels, VFDs, Pumps
