Seeking a proactive and business-focused Employee Engagement Lead to drive employee engagement, retention, and people experience initiatives across Yamaha Motor Solutions India (YMSLI). The role will partner with business leaders to enhance employee satisfaction, reduce attrition, execute HR programs, manage employee relations, and ensure effective implementation of engagement and talent optimization initiatives. - Manage employee queries, grievances, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Support talent optimization through bench management, PIP monitoring, and employee exit management.
- Track HR metrics, ensure compliance, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
