Industry: Steel Pipes / Industrial Products Distribution

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Commerce, Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- 26 years of relevant experience in steel, industrial products or engineering trading industry.
- Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Tally preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.

Role Purpose

To manage order execution, supplier coordination, technical documentation and dispatch activities for timely and compliant order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities





- Coordinate with suppliers and mills for order execution and material availability.
- Manage dispatch schedules, transport coordination and delivery tracking.
- Collect and issue MTC/MTR, OEM certificates, inspection reports and compliance documents.
- Maintain heat number traceability and quality documentation.
- Prepare packing lists, e-way bills and dispatch documentation.
- Track PODs and ensure completion of post-dispatch documentation.
- Maintain order execution MIS and status reports.
