We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Developers with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and AI-powered chatbot solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Now Assist
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent (VA)
- ServiceNow VA Certification (Preferred)
- Knowledge of NLP and Chatbot development
- Strong JavaScript programming skills
- Experience with ServiceNow platform development and customization
- Positive understanding of Agile development methodologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow Now Assist and Virtual Agent solutions.
- Design and implement AI-powered chatbot workflows.
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
