Role & responsibilities

Responsible for handling post-sales technical concerns related to BIW (Body in White) and Trims components. The role involves plant visits, field issue resolution, coordination with manufacturing and quality teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- Independently diagnose and resolve BIW and Trims-related field issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
- Frequently visit plant locations to coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
- Handle warranty claims, customer escalations, and technical guidance to dealers/service teams.
- Monitor trends and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.

Required Skills:

- Exposure to Catia
- Strong knowledge of BIW structures, welding, fit & finish, and interior/exterior trims.
- Exposure to automotive manufacturing, quality processes, and after-sales operations.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
