Position Overview

The Mid-Level IT Recruiter supports full-cycle recruiting activities for junior-to-mid level IT roles, working under guidance from senior recruiters while continuing to build sourcing, screening, and stakeholder skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruiting for IT roles.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
- Maintain ATS records and recruiting reports.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on complex roles.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years of experience recruiting IT or technical roles.
- Basic understanding of IT profiles and technologies.
- Experience using LinkedIn and ATS tools.
- Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in staffing or consulting environments.
- Exposure to technical sourcing or Boolean searches.
